Rental Rates & Policies

Below you will find our nightly rental rate, as well as our hour rules and rental policies. Please review these carefully so that we are able to meet your expectations.

Nightly Rate

$325/night

  • 3 Night Minimum Stay
  • No additional fees
  • Rental Agreement & 50% Deposit at Booking

House Rules & Policies

  • NO PETS
  • No Smoking or Drugs
  • Parties/gatherings are prohibited unless approved by owner prior to booking.
  • Our home is in a residential area, and we ask that you be good neighbors while still enjoying the outside amenities, and refrain from loud music/noise between 10pm-7am.
  • Our home sleeps 8 and we cannot accommodate additional overnight guests.
  • We invite you to view the horses next door from outside the fence only. Do not feed the horses. Horses may bite, so please pet at your own risk.
  • Children are welcome, though be advised we do not have any child safety gates on stairs.
  • 4 Parking spaces are available, please park only in designated parking spots. Do not park on the grass.
